日前美國一名男子到了曼菲斯動物園(Memphis Zoo)參觀，他背對一隻猴子，猴子突然猶如體操選手般的撲向男子，結果不幸撞上玻璃，過程全被拍攝下來。

黑猴突然猶如體操選手般，在繩索上連續翻滾了3圈之後，整個朝男子的方向「飛過來」。但猴子似乎不知道前面有一到透明玻璃擋著牠，飛過來後直接撞上玻璃， 發出巨大聲響。男子回頭看了一眼，發現那隻猴子正趴在玻璃窗上，假裝若無其事的往內看，妻子在旁邊大笑，但是小嬰兒卻被嚇得大哭起來。

男子事後表示，這間咖啡廳的經理告訴他說，因為他的走動引起這隻公猴的注意，「經理說這隻猴子已經注意到我這位『具有威脅性』的男性，只要我背對牠，牠就會攻擊我」。男子聽了照做，猴子果不其然的對男子發動攻擊，還好有玻璃窗隔著，否則男子真的會被猴子抓傷。
